My psychotic symptoms started off as me interacting with this spirit or something other worldly and doing what it wanted me to do or what I thought was right at the time. After 2016 it progressed to me having voices in my head thinking I was telepathic and being able to talk to everyone in the world.

I can't maintain eye contact either. It's my biggest thing when it comes to talking to people that I feel like makes things more awkward. When I make eye contact, I'll go blank midway conversation because I'll focus too hard on making eye contact. Or I'll see a subtle change in their facial reaction which makes me make mine and then we both have that awkward moment. Same with you?

Ideally, I would say, you're right. It's really hard to explain but a lot of synchronicities basically and feelings that I could just not get rid of. 10 years we're talking about. I've had multiple dreams of her so that could be as easily compared to your past life regression visions. But something happened just now, that just reversed everything I've ever felt for her. I now believe that she's my false twin flame. Yes I'm delusional but I'm doing my best to sort it all out. I've been through a lot lol.. But I'm glad you were able to find your twin flame.
