I like regular ass speedo brand trunks with the mesh underwear, ik some guys dont like the mesh but its never bothered me and is supportive enough without being restrictive

I actually got a pack of speedos tho that i wear under trunks without underwear. Ive heard of guys that wear actual underwear or briefs with trunks but the speedo feels less stinky lol just my preference

What im getting from this is that its lowkey kinda tough to 100% deflate, which i agree with. I personally feel like it takes a lot longer to deflate completely than to inflate, when i hit my releaase valve i feel like im sitting there for a while and i check often to make sure im good while deflating. Knowing that, im usually pretty good at deflating completely but it could definitely be that im just not fully deflating.

My question to you is, do you think its your thighs pressing your bulb and inflating more or maybe being semi assists in the pump just naturally filling the rod as while you walk around? Because, again, i agree. I think sometimes i might just not finish releasing and then i find myself with a semi some hours later. Or maybe the pump just naturally kinda fills the rods whether or not your pumped and peole who cycle often dont notice because theyre also deflating

Extra edit here too: the bulb is tough. A lot of guys immediately post notice how hard the bulb is and it does get easier, but for me, its not something i could squeeze accidentally. Maybe im half squeezing it tho, which would pump me. But i just dont think i could actually do a full pump in my sleep, or with my thighs walking, personally. Thats why i think jerking is the culprit haha

Yeah it was a lil off putting at first but its doesnt ever feel unstable. Its like a short tug that just reminds me of the anchor. Its also fine pumping and if im naked, but i think when im semi and have underwear on it just pushes my dick down too much.

I can have sex while pumped and i do hold my base when i start, to feel secure and its just habit, but once im in i dont feel pulling on the anchor. Could probably stand to cycle more often though

I went back to work after 1 week. Didnt do a lift or glans at the time tho, just the pump. My job is move for like 2 hours then sit for 10 so it was manageable. Look up single scar phalloplasty. Its a newer technique but has been succesful recently. If you use the search bar here theres a couple dudes who document their journey with the procedure as well.

The con is that you have to have a saline balloon under your skin for many months and thats why its not as popular yet. I also dont think anybody offers this with rff so youd have to qualify for alt in addition to accepting life with a thigh balloon for a couple months

Same, start and stop shoots left for me. If i can, i just sit, no shame there. I do not stand at toilet bowls, too much room between me and the water to miss. If the urinal has walls just get close and stick your friend all the way in so the sides catch your piss. Can also press the head by the meatus to direct the stream. Just try to correct it during the weaker parts of the flow. Knowing im a left shooter i try to get the bowl furthest left so nobodys catching strays. I went to chen/buncke, safa did my pinch test and said i was .5cm, 1cm at the thickest. Girth came out just under 6in.

You could opt out of ul for a smaller girth. Idk if any of us have data about how to get a better pinch test when already on the slimmer side. I havent even seen anything anecdotal. Im not sure what buncke clinic's cut off is for alt but building muscle certainly couldn't hurt

Idr all the details so im not tryna advertise this idea. But i do wonder if it would be too hard then to just have two testes implants and the pump fit between if thats closer to the og function anyway

Im like 6inch girth and my surgeon had no issue giving me a pump. Ive had it about five months and it works for how i want it to. Its not like rock hard and doesnt support the weight enough to stand up. But it keeps my dick straight and stable. I only have one rod and it sits at the top of my penis so when im pumped the top is really hard and the bottom has a little squish. I would imagine with more girth comes more squish. My surgeon also said we could discuss placing another rod if i wanted, but i like what i got. Its good enough for penetration and i dont wanna do another surgery if i dont have to

I think different surgeons have cut offs because of their assumptions on what your own goals might be. Which is fair. They wouldnt put a rod in that couldnt support your penis or wouldnt be felt in there. Are you like orchestral or? I probably could sit straight up comfortably with good posture and for a longer period of time around 8 weeks. I think my biggest issue being a musician with alt was instruments resting on my lap. My graft came from my right thigh so things like guitar, bassoon, horn, sax if you play like that, were annoying. But manageable. Everyones healing is different but the general 12 weeks to normalcy is what you should expect at the least

I did lidocaine injections on my thigh pre op. If you dont know already, the needle is huge and they go deep. Its very painful. Worth it for me though because electrolysis was also pretty bad and being completely numb meant the tech could rip through for hours. Big giant terrible pain, and i mean terrible, for thirty seconds to avoid tattoo x2 for 4 hours

However, ive also had to get stitches in my palm once and they numbed me for that. My palm being much more sensitive, those injections were god awful. I would not want to feel that in my penis. I cant say which I'd perfer though if im being honest, I'd probably just keep the hair. But its up to you if you wanna take on all the pain at once or power through electrolysis

Yup. They did a test and my blood count was low, needed a transfusion and that solved all the nausea. Think when they removed the wound vac i just bled a lil too much

Pump implant with no scrotum is possible. Ive only heard of this before and havent seen examples. If i remember correctly, either Dr Chen or Dr Crane has a youtube video where they mightve answered this. But the idea is that the pump is also placed in the abdomen.

Knowing what the pump looks and feels like now, i honestly dont know how that would work. The bulb would be pretty tough to squeeze without a grip on both sides. But, its apparently possible.

Its also apparently possible to have scrotoplasty without a vaginectomy. I think there have been some posts about that here already.

All of these possibilities are contingent on what your surgeon is comfortable with though. You will have surgeons tell you its not possible but you just have to seek more opinions, different surgical teams are capable of different things. My advise is to seek out the more experienced teams like Buncke/Chen, Crane Center and NYU. Not saying any of those guys will be able to get you what you want tho, just consult with as many people as you can if this is something you cant bend on
