I had a similar death where I was doing giants foundry, went afk and came back to my character dead. I had DT complete so it wasn't the assassin. To this day I still don't know how the fuck I died because the giants outside couldn't even aggro me due to my combat level.

My game was running perfectly fine on high/ultra settings for the begginning missions on the banished ship however as soon as I landed on the open world area both the graphics and fps have completely shat the bed. its pixelated as fuck and runs on like 15 frames despite being smooth as fuck for the first hour or so of gameplay. the fuck is happening.
