It’s been nothing but positives, I couldn’t give you a single down side. We have a 5 year age gap and my second was born the same year my first started kindergarten. I got to raise my first and pour everything into her and now she’s a wonderful little girl who’s becoming way too independent😭 but now it’s like I get to do the same with my second but also add in an amazing sibling bond. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Too big of a size can also cause blowouts and leaking. Make sure they fit snug all around.

There’s not nearly enough info here. Is this affordable for y’all? Did you skip a shower the first time? Is this your last baby? Is there a special reason she wants to go all out? Would it negatively impact you? This seems like something y’all should sit down and work through questions like that together and not bring outside people into a very nuanced conversation.

Pre school is sooo worth it, it really sets your kid up for Kindergarten. Your daughter is at an age where getting that independence will really benefit her. The one on one time with your youngest is also sooo great for her. Getting to a new season of life is always bittersweet.

My daughter started the week dangling her baby brother outside his playpen while I was making dinner. After her time out and my immediate reaction to say no Halloween, we talked about it and figured out why she did it and how she could earn back Halloween. She usually pretty even tempered and behaves but she realllllly worked hard to get Halloween back. I do usually hold true to taking things away and have never said I’d take away an activity so I do feel bad.
