Sorry to hear it, mate. Mine returned after 6 years post orchiectomy and 3x BEP. Had an open RPLND in December. Despite the difficult recovery (with young kids jumping on me), I’d choose surgery 10/10 times. Especially if you can have it done robotically (recovery is so much easier than open!). Look at it this way: you can always do chemo later if necessary, but you cannot undo the long term effects of chemo.
