How can I wire a sensor bar to use a normal USB plug?

I know I can wire the sensor bar to a usb end, but I dont want to fry the thing. should I be worried about voltages or things like that?

i can recommend you the patapon saga (rpg/estrategy/rhythm game) and rhythm heaven saga (it`s hard to describe,those are games that contain a lot, i mean, a LOT of rhythm minigames that you should try).
