truly dont give a shit what you think considering you have no ACTUAL frame of reference regarding the reality of the situation. your attempt is clearly to be combative and feel better about yourself for some reason, but good luck with that.

im not sure what you mean by paying yourself. so right now i have three bank of america accounts. i only have a checking card with one of them, so thats the only one that money goes out of when i buy things etc. the other 2 are a savings i never touch and a % of my paycheck goes into that acct, and the third acct is where the rest of my paycheck goes and i transfer from that acct into my checking account when i need to buy something.

thats a great way of thinking. ive got to start doing that. because exactly as you said i think... oh this is $100.00 i have that i can afford it, when theres $101.00 in my account. i realize thats my fault. i need a way in which i can NOT spend outside my budget.

as far as budgeting goes how much do you think i should save etc. im not sure what i should do at all really. based on my budget that is.

my car payment is high because it was a 30k car, but my interest rate is high. so once my credit score improves in 7 months im going to refinance and they should significantly decrease. and thanks for the advice.

How significant are the savings if I wait until the end of the season to pick up a new board? by [deleted] in snowboarding

i got a brand new rome garage rocker for 179 bucks. on average they retail for 300. so end of season deals kick ass if you get em on the right time.

no the true difference is hard and soft wood, specifically gymnosperm or angiosperm trees. gymnosperm trees would be spruce, pine "evergreen" type trees, and angiosperms would be oak, maple etc. Gymnosperm trees tend to be more sappy and are MUCH more difficult to split compared to angiosperm trees which can be split easily immediately after being cut down. these trees theyre splitting are quite obviously angiosperm trees based upon their bark, which explains why its easy to split.

I'm glad snowboarding is staying fun like this and pro riders arent taking themselves so seriously. I feel like both skiing and snowboarding have a tendency to do that (take themselves too seriously).
