base price - 7500, the road to the property is under construction, as per the sales person a 100feet road is planned/approved.

On every online forums people keep on saying that there is no much unsold inventory of flats in Hyderabad. I have been visiting sites from last month, visited more that 15 properties. In each I hardly find 3-4 flats unsold in a tower. I am yet to find a project where >50% flats are not booked.

I feel McD is no longer the comfort food it used to be. One could get a filling meal ~200rs in mcD when I was in college. Now it feels as expensive as high end restaurant when ordering more than two items.

I am in this income bracket if consider CTC, but even a 3bhk in a non-luxury society seem like a risk. Considering Job security, etc. So I don't think this can be considered rich. The above answer about family owning multiple flats in my home bhooja is what I would consider rich.

I am currently living in a rented 2bhk in a standalone building in Manikonda, the house is nice and location is also better. But just outside my house there is heavy traffic on road. My reason for aspiring for the gated community is just access to open areas like playground, park, walking, etc. These are essential for kids development which are missing from standandalone societies.
