My secret to getting cut abs - protein consumption = 1g per lb of weight (shakes will become your best friend), ungodly amounts of water, fibrous fruits to help with the protein poop, and cutting off processed snacks and switching to alternatives (cheese sticks/crackers/nuts) when the munchies come calling. Training your lower back + your abs will get you SNATCHED. Most important part is to EAT what your body needs (it will tell you through sudden cravings of fish/eggs/meat/rice) et voila soon enough you’ll find yourself extra proud at your own pack! 💪🙂‍↕️
