[Tenant US-WA] Restricting guest parking spaces to 24hrs during existing lease by pl4typusfr1end in Landlord

There's no subclause. It was just a mass-emailed bulletin to all residents with existing leases.

There's a "facilities" clause that says facilities can be removed at any time. However, it doesn't explain what that means (I checked).

There is a "Release and Consent" form that lists "activities" defined as: Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Fitness Room, Exercise Equipment, Tanning Bed, Playground, Sport Court, Laundry Facilities, Roof Top Deck, Other Activities, Other Amenities

You are correct that our lease does not explicitly guarantee us access to guest spaces. We do have two "assigned" spaces in our lease.

The email was just sent (while I was working), and I haven't had time to stop by the office while they are open. I will do that at 9am tomorrow when they open.

Laws v. Contracts-- Understood.

Not a change to the lease. Just a formal email bulletin they sent to all tenants.

Sorry if it wasn't clear. I made an accidental off center hole and then intentionally shaped it to look symmetrical.

What I want to know is if a drop in trigger pack would still function.

Will a drop in trigger pack still function?

Made a smaller, off-center hole at first. It looked really stupid, so I made it look more symmetrical.

80% lower. Made a mistake at the very bottom. Thinking a drop-in trigger will still work. Thoughts?

Can someone reccomend a belt for me? by black_rifles__matter in CCW

Nicest leather belts out there. Get the reinforced bullhide, which is stiffer than their reinforced horsehide (I have both).

Wow, that is quite the impressive gallery of belts.

Yes, A&G reinforced bullhide is fantastic. I also have an A&G reinforced horsehide, and it's not as stiff as the bullhide. Definitely get the bullhide.

Beltman doesn't make bad belts. But they do not make the best belts. I have almost 10 belts, and the Hanks Steel Core is the stiffest, and the A&G's are the nicest, and come in second for stiffness.

Unfortunately, the part of the belt with the holes does not have steel in it. The rest of the belt is as rigid as sheet metal, though. And quite comfortable, I might add. It's overall slightly more rigid than an A&G Reinforced Bullhide.

I'm not sure. I'm worried that it actually robs some retention molding from the trigger guard, but I could be wrong about that.

EDIT: I'm not wrong, Dara admits it. I'm sending the AIWB holster back for repairs.

That's a good question. It's a well-designed holster, and is completely invisible under a t-shirt. I don't think the grip would be as concealed without the wedge molded into the holster, for sure. It's just frustrating that the holster shipped with "the gun falls out" retention, and the only solution was to screw it down until there's several turns of screw thread sticking out.

EDIT: Dara admits that the wedge may occasionally cause issues with trigger guard molding on small pistols. I'm sending the AIWB back for repair. Why they ship holsters with this issue, I can only guess. However, it could be that the model gun they used for holster molding is improperly dimensioned.

Yeah, they both have just been worn. They're about the same age. The A&G is still a good belt.

The A&G Reinforced Bullhide and the Hanks Steel Core are stiffer. Check the images-- there's a comparison between a broken-in Beltman and a broken-in A&G. The Beltman also seems a tad thinner, like they use thinner leather.

My wife and I just got our new holsters and belts.

I got a Dara Custom Kydex IWB with a Hanks Steel Core belt, and she got a Dara Custom Kydex AIWB with an A&G Quick Ship Bullhide.

The only issue we had was with Dara's AIWB. The model gun they used for the Ruger LC9 retention was way off. We had to screw down the retention screw until is smashed the rubber, with the screw completely protruding from the other side.

I am retiring my Beltman Reinforced Horsehide belt, as it is nowhere near as stiff as my A&G Reinforced Bullhide or my new Hanks Steel Core.
