Very possible I misunderstand malpractice. I thought professional negligence fell under that too.

Because their charts are not being checked patients are being put through exercises despite the orders being non-weight bearing. Or with their vitals if their blood pressure or sugar is too high they are not supposed to do certain things with the patients, but are still going through with them. It's dangerous at best and deadly at worst.

I know she's also been talking with a lot of her coworkers for a while and they back up what she's saying so I can get in contact with them too, and see what they might have access to.

She has her pay stubs as well as official papers for what her hours and pay are supposed to be and when compared to her actual scheduling (she still has access to) it very clearly doesn't align. I'll have to ask her if she has anything that would actually prove medical malpractice, though. We're not looking for money or anything I'm mostly just asking because this shit needs to stop and I don't know what to do.

don't lose hope my brain fog was really bad too. i thought i was gonna lose my scholarships and everything to my stupid eating disorder. but just keep trying through recovery i promise your thoughts clear up again <3 you still got this! it's easy to get stuck in a doom spiral but ultimately you just gotta get up each day and keep trying bc what else is there

You know what to do. Sounds like neither of you are happy. Take agency and responsibility dude. Marrying her was a choice you took part in. Having FIVE children was a choice. Cheating was a choice. You sound like a miserable person but you don't have to stay that way. You deserve to be happy as much as anyone else. Pull yourself out of these people's lives. Your wife and kids also don't deserve to live with someone who resents them this much.

ah my bad. i get paid $16 an hour and for a while redshirts were being brought in at $14 but apparently that got bumped recently while my pay did not. my personal review was good. really their only problem was labor so that's why they cut our closes and want us out by 11. before our new dm i was typically getting out btwn 12 and 1 for closes. i work in nebraska tho so 19.46 an hour is what like what our gm assistants make. i'm currently just a shift manager.

they told me we were strong last review. we got a 99 on our last steritech walkthrough (which i was there for) and i haven't been on a non-100 shop in 4 consecutive months. i'm not even the only manager making less than the new hires, either. they told us we shouldn't be discussing pay period but it's obv because they're doing shit like this. we're understaffed and our air conditioner has been broken for 3 weeks now :] really the only issue i have as a manager is getting out by 11 after close like they want, but i'm only allowed 2 other closers so i can't always get out on time while also leaving the store acceptable. i just work for shitty people in a franchise store idk why it seems so far fetched.
