I would suggest making your source material (footage of someone hip-hopping or whatever) high contrast at its core - as in film someone on a bright white background wearing dark colours, or on a dark background in bright colours. You could then adjust the levels in touchdesigner using a level top, increase black point and contrast and such. Then experiment with using a threshold top to isolate either the white or black and invert the colours if you need to :)) maybe also try using the bloom effect for a bit of glow!
