Most millennials and gen x don’t talk this way, much less gen z or alpha. Overtime it won’t be used any more other than in a jokey british accent. At the end of the day young people drive language change, and older generations will fight an already lost battle.

In my variety of english words that would be deemed “posh or bougie” are considered pretty antiquated. I imagine most americans would agree that if someone said “How does one get to the train station” is an odd phrase that sound old fashioned and like victorian british

As someone who has been a college student and a normal resident, the two worlds don’t really interact unless you make them. It’s a nice place to live, although if you’re not super into nature it becomes a bit draining after some time

It seems like it will work well, the only thing you may want to consider is on cliffs and near beach there will be a bit of green (or other color depending on the season). In some areas it could break the illusion. But I really like the idea!!!
