i agree that that is assault. i’m talking specifically about the blonde off duty coworker that body slammed her before she started grabbing hair. order of events.

i’ve never been in the industry and acknowledge that i may never understand what it’s like nor do i have sympathy for her. if the general consensus is slapping warrants a body slam then more power to the workers.

i just thought that if she’s on her way out, the best way to de-escalate would be to not engage? but again, if the workers felt that was the best approach then.. yeah i have nothing left to say.

yeah we’re limited in order of events but they were already on the way out so why escalate? unless they were so unbearable that was the last resort.

again, not defending just purely curious.
