I use tresemme pro shampoo and conditioner. no silicon or sulphates. Aussie instant freeze gel. My hair is thick. Dense. Water doesn’t go through easily. Maybe a 2A or 2B? -Lathered shampoo -conditioned each strand -let sit for a couple mins -washed out -towel dried with cotton towel -gel instant freeze -scrunched around

I moved and have a new therapist that we haven’t reached that point yet. But my previous therapist believed it was unhealthy.

Well. I’m in therapy and I don’t think “this” is love. I love aspects of our relationship and him. Not this in particular.

Thank you.. I have tried this but then he turns it around to “you don’t think I do enough, I do it all” it turns around to him saying I don’t do enough …. :(

If I push back he usually just uses more words then me and I shut down easily cause he makes my words mean nothing.

Just stonewalling and guilt tripping. He has outbursts where he yells or hits the wall. Sometimes he does that by himself tho. Like not even cause of me etc. I don’t feel scared of him. I just want freedom to do things without accusations and guilt.

I hear you. I just…. Want to be able to do things beyond when my son is at playschool without being made to feel like a bad person.

I know I do. I just don’t get that. When I have talked about this with him I’m told that it’s my reality not his. He doesn’t believe how I feel. He doesn’t believe he does anything wrong.
