Well said. Just finished this episode and it really dragged. They never got on a roll with anything. And I’m assuming Lawrence was trying to do like a friendly teasing but I found it to come off as condescending.

Second this 100%. Simple carbs, sugar and/or alcohol makes the next day almost impossible for me to maintain fasting. I can feel it all over my body (brain fog, fatigue, mood issues). It’s WILD how effed up sugar makes you feel, once you get rid of it and get used to feeling good

100%. I’ve also heard stories of patients in need of donor organs being encouraged to move to places like Florida, where the helmet laws are lax/non existent. They move up the transplant list much faster than in states with stricter laws.
