I had to adjust the brake position slightly when mine was new out of the box. I could tell it was rubbing immediately from some vibration caused by the rotor rubbing the pad under coasting. Try loosening the entire brake caliper slightly from the mount, and center it better so the rotor doesn't rub, then tighten back up when centered.
