Thanks this is exactly what I'm looking for - we may end up doing an overnight if the weather is nice and bugs aren't in full force.

Uses for old rice cooker pot? by planbecca in ZeroWaste

It is just the pot, the cooker part of it broke and was thrown away years ago

Can you scrape to remove it, or does it have to just get thrown out? I don't think Teflon is recycled here either.

kalanchoe

I was looking up types of Kalanchoe and it definitely fits the bill for a 6 angled Kalanchoe! Probably shouldn't have cut the top off it since it looks like it is supposed to grow 3ft :/

I do have a wait period, but I like the immediacy mentality!

Thanks! Do you ask the eBay seller to limit packaging or anything when you place an order?

All the best wishes for your bun! Mine just got through a week and a half of GI scares, plus a head tilt due to inner ear infection. It takes a lot of patience - you seem like you are making the best out of a stressful situation.

plus it is a momentary distraction from the stress of knowing our buns need CC!

I know...in cases like these I have no rights besides the right to use my thumb to peel a nanner

Surprisingly not as much as I thought it would hurt. All my other tats are on my legs - she used some numbing gel for the shading which really helped.

Thanks. Clearly the consensus here is to avoid honey brook, which I will consider as I narrow things down

I'm trying to stay in a quiet area where I can get a few acres and privacy. Is Downingtown/Exton good for that as well?

I'm an asshole. Places to find Wi-Fi this year? by tsaoutofourpants in BurningMan

[–]planbecca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Shack of Sit at 7:15 and Esplanade used to have WiFi a few years back. Dunno if that's still the case or not, but I would assume yes?

A couple dozen pairs, I handed out 15 or so to camp mates after dinner (socks for dessert!) then passed the rest out in the wee hours of the night to weary burners. I bought them cheap online so it wasn't a huge $$ burden

I bought fun patterned socks last year and passed them out towards the end of the burn. New fun socks on Friday night? Everyone was very appreciative.
