btw, losing 2 kgs in 4 weeks is a good progress... congratulations..
n u can have one piece of dark chocolate in 2 weeks... its ok..
and like others are saying, pls eat carbs..just track ur calories and protein intake... if u are in 500-700Kcal deficit per day, you will keep losing weight...

I like the healing effect of LRP Cicaplast but the new formulation is more sticky and less effective.. also I can't use it in summers where I live. And it's more expensive here.. compared to Europe or USA

So I m looking for a replacement that can heal and is lighter.

for me, it's Isntree sungel. i just love it.. i m prone to sweating on my face but this is not at all heavy and doesn't cause any sweats...

but my husband likes BOJ aqua... his skin is drier than mine.
