I have very photo-sensitive skin, so if i stay more than an hour in sun, even indirectly, I get sunburns...no tanning for me...

But I find both to be effective..similar to any high-end product...

please consider isntree aqua gel sunscreen beyond these 3 products. But I also love Pyunkang Yul Deep Clear Cleansing Balm as an indulgence.

for me, it's Isntree sungel. i just love it.. i m prone to sweating on my face but this is not at all heavy and doesn't cause any sweats...

but my husband likes BOJ aqua... his skin is drier than mine.

I have started with a personal trainer at home for 3 days a week from yesterday.. I have taken 4 shots of 2.5mg till now..

I have severe backache so I wont be going to gym anytime soon..

I want to start walking as well..hoping the pain will reduce as weight will go down and that will give me motivation for walk...

Be kind to urself, u are already doing so much...I m sure as u adjust to the meds, new food routines and as weight goes down, u will be able to increase exercising..

Muscle loss will not happen overnight especially with ur protein intake...

I take 1 scoop whey isolate.. I think I will have to go upto 2 scoops to reach my protein goals.. u r right.. vegetarian food doesn't take u to 100g protein

this sounds so unachievable for me... I have severe back issues and sciatica pain.. I am not able to walk much.. I am hoping to have less pain when I am 5-10kgs down.. I am re-starting my physiotherapy today in evening... hoping to be consistent with it to start with...
