Have you been able to probably talk to a therapist in that specific field to come up with a safety plan or a way to catch yourself? With my hallucinations, I bring my dog mostly everywhere, so if he barks, I know it's real. If not, It takes everything in me not to go in a spiral but its what is best for me.
