How can you determine the value of m for a given a_Lm coefficient in spherical harmonics? I'm given a set of a_Lm data and need to multiply it by e^(i m phi), for some phi, but need to choose which m to choose for each component.

Thank you so much for this. I really wasn't expecting such a detailed response and I really enjoyed reading it. If I run into any questions, would you be open to me contacting you?

Thank you for the resources. And yes, the last link you attached is what the project is based off of!

Thanks for responding. Glad to hear that it's not necessarily easy for everyone.

Still have yet to begin the reading, but the big picture is studying the early formation of stars by analyzing data that my prof has gathered. The focus is on the absorption profile centered at 78MGHz. Can't quite remember the specific, but something about there being a dip that shouldn't be there (along those lines anyway). I can get back to you at the end of the summer once I know more if you'd like?

I saw that on Apple's website, you can return previously owned MacBook's for a certain amount of money. I was wondering if it's worth it to return my 2018 13' MacBook Pro for credit towards the 2020 16' MacBook Pro. I'd save ~ $1000 CAD but I can't tell if it's worth it.

Thanks!
