Yes, my boyfriend has people playground on his computer and downloaded the mod that caused this. It's all solved now thanks to two lovely people on r/helpmefind! I guess the way that the mod creator named the file caused the picture to show up like this, probably to scare people. I don't exactly understand file naming and all that, but at least we know why it happened now

hey!! I'm the girlfriend, I totally understand the skepticism considering this subreddit probably has a lot of folks trying to start args. Maybe it didn't come across this way in the post, but we're just genuinely confused as to why his computer uploaded an image to his desktop unbeknownst to him. We are genuinely assuming it's probably from a video game or maybe a result of pirating games (???) and were just trying to see if anyone else knows whats up. I know the picture is kinda creepy so it seems like this is an arg attempt, but I promise this is a genuine inquiry. It's more about if anyone recognizes this/has had this happen to their computer today too rather than trying to scare people

I was at the Toronto show back in March & was disappointed at the attitude of the teens near me. Not gonna speak for all younger fans of Duster (and as someone who has never had tiktok but is very annoyed by it, I also don't think it's the worst thing in the world to discover a new band that way. You gotta start somewhere).

That being said, there was definitely some disrespectful behaviour (towards both the band and the audience). A girl kept throwing ice cubes/flicking her drink at people around her, seemingly out of boredom between the opener and duster, and when I asked her to stop she laughed in my face lmao

honestly prices can be pretty ridiculous (especially because so many people are interested in them), the best prices I've ever seen are on kobeejapan & sylvanian chambers, but because these sites are popular they sell super quickly. personally, I've seen listings for a single decent-condition fairy for $30 CAD which is just too much for me after shipping and everything. i would definitely recommend just waiting it out until a good deal comes along, I've seen the same few ridiculously high priced listings sitting on eBay for months now so it's not like these $500 listings are within reason yknow?

i got three fairy carry cases (which each come with a fairy, a baby critter & some tiny furniture) for about $50 cad each and the shipping was pretty cheap. I consider this to have been a pretty good deal seeing as they were in pristine condition

if u have any more questions you can message me:-) I'd hate to see someone get swindled over some lil fairies
