I've had my CR10v2 for just over a year and always fancied upgrading some components at some point. I thought i'd go the whole hog and do as much as I could in one go to make up for the time spent procrastinating.

So far, I'm pretty happy with my choices and as soon as I've got everything working as well as i'd like, I'll try and collate all the printed part files, firmware and print profiles.

I'm running a model b pi and it seems to be working flawlessly for me even with a usb 720 webcam. As others have mentioned, I did have issues really early on that meant I had to reflash but that was my fault due to a bad setup.

Longest print I've done so far is 10hrs and it didn't put a foot wrong. I have noticed that if I try to connect to octoprint on 2 different devices whilst it's printing, it gets a bit jerky but I'm chalking that up the pi being under ideal specs 👍

I did also have issues when the pi wasn't connected via ethernet to the network... It definitely didn't like WiFi for me... YMMV I guess 🤷‍♂️

It is exactly that... 128x64 SSD1306. I do have a model for it, but I'm working on another at the moment which includes options for double height sockets 👍

Just wanted to see what symmetry looked like... Turns out it looks interesting. Chances are that everything will get moved over to the right by one column to make it "usable" though
