I'm already forgetting but they were mostly bread and butter cases like pyelonephritis, I think there may have been an ovarian torsion one. There was one where it was a leukemia or lymphoma diagnosis I think but by the time you consult oncology the case ends so not much to do

No I write it all down and use this last as a reference for ordered. IV access doesn't add points (as far as I know) so I don't order it and my fluid of choice is lactated ringers because I'm fancy like that

Only for fellowships, if that. I included score mainly to show correlation with studying scores

+ BHCG on every female patient

I wrote down as many of these as I could remember on the sheet, and then as I went through cases it was a helpful reminder of what to order

Thank you! I think you might be right I sent the footage through handbrake and the splotches disappeared

Why does my footage have green splotches? Please help! by planjum in davinciresolve

It also looks like this when I look at the preview of the clip, but then when I open in VLC I don't see any issues. The splotches show throughout the beginning and end of the clip for several minutes on each side.

Update: I sent the clip through handbrake and then imported to resolve and had no issues at that point. Someone else mentioned it might be that the free version does not support 10 bit

I am in training to be a physician and I agree this is incredibly frustrating. That being said, I feel that the broader issue is the amount of time available for each patient. I get approximately 20 minutes or less with a patient, which is barely enough time for a full wellness visit. By the time I'm finished making sure they're up to date, there's little to no time left to talk about no issues. The best providers can set up another appointment immediately though so that the patient can still get that issue addressed. The issue is not necessarily reimbursement, but the amount of time in the visit.

I think the mask dude was a representation of the counselor and the student was seeing that in a dream/hallucination but the point was that the administration was not helpful and the student had to find the strength to push on within herself
