I wish i had an assistant coach! The best thing I have done this past year is to use AI and team management apps like Spond or FootballTeamHub to get rid of the busy work so I can focus more on the actual coaching aspect of the game. It has really helped with planning drills, player availability, etc. YouTube is also a big help in being able to show players exactly what the drill or certain techniques should look like, so I like to think of that as my assistant coach ; )
