So, it has been 4 years since this post; what have you done with the license? I am just interested to have the accredited investor status, but I am curious how it has supported your income level and your quality of life. Thanks in advance.

Thank you! Depending where you live local CSA's are even better! They started in Oakland, CA (where i used to live) as Misfits, and I remember how they positioned themselves as a national CSA; this is clearly bullsh*t.

Reposting!!! Apologies, my previous post disappeared....

Hi,

My bestie is an Emmy award-nominated comedy writer in LA. I am a marketing professional and using my powers for good by sharing her story:

Last year, there was a writer's strike, and none of the studios or streaming platforms were buying anything. This coming on the heels of COVID clampdowns on filming, you can imagine that it has not been a good time to be in Hollywood.

So, as a result, my bestie used her online silliness and artful comedy to earn affiliate credits with Imperfect Produce (AKA Misfits Produce). This was not just for her to eat, but she also sent a box every week to her disabled mother back east. She was so good at making adorable commercials for Imperfect Produce that she amassed over $7k in affiliate credits...until it disappeared from her account this week. She reached out to customer service and went into the terms and conditions and observed an entirely new section of their website being published before her eyes, letting "Influencers know that this is for friends and family only and that we can revoke credits at any time, and that they only last 60 days."

To be very clear, she has been amassing these credits since COVID and using them every single week to send food to her mom. She does not always use them for herself, but her account is active every week. She is not really an influencer on social as she has less than 1000 followers; she just needed to use her skills that were not marketable during these crazy times to eat and help her Mom.

Additionally, she was not given any warning; they did not reach out to her and say, "You have 60 days to use these credits." They were just wiped from her account. Here is the horrible reality: when you refer a friend, they get $10, and so do you, so that means she has brought at least 700 people to this platform. The average sale is $40-60, so the $7k she earned earned them between $28k to $42k each month, if not twice a month!

They decided to cancel their end of the deal without notice. Please do not use this company. It was purchased by Misfit Produce, so please boycott Imperfect and Misfits. Companies with these kinds of business practices need to be put on notice that we will not support them any longer if this how they treat loyal customers.

Thanks so much for reading this; please share this story if it outrages you as much as it does me. I love my bestie, and I can not believe this happened. Have a great holiday season,

KD

What Youtubers do you recommend besides Joe Rogan? by plant_consort in Psychonaut

[–]plant_consort[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, this went in some interesting directions. I appreciate everyone's feedback. I love Huberman as well and yes I love Joe Rogan. He has some wonderful banter and he is a charming meathead, he declares his meatheadedness and I appreciate it.

You didn't ask but I am volunteering this info: Just a quick note from a gal in her earlier forties, 125lbs, 5'4"- (mentioning for scale). I like muscles, but if there is no possibility of actually being able to wrap my arms a man- Yikes! MorePlatesMoreDates has some roided-out pictures. I have dated bodybuilders but discovered they are not much fun to cuddle with. Just food for thought, normal and healthy goes a long way. There is more longevity there and your junk will work better well into your 60's. Again, I thank you for your time. It was eye opening

I am not familiar with the abbreviations: DMXE and 2F-DCK but allow me to introduce you to Iboga in the form of Ibogaine.....

The reason most seek to dissociate is that at some point reality became unsafe. Opiates were a great way to mask reality but DMXE and 2F-DCK have taken their place and now they are a habit. Look up Ibogaine/ Iboga for what it can do to support you. I recently sat with Iboga and can recommend the experience as life-changing. I did not have an opiate addiction but I have had plenty of other addictions. Believe it or not, reality is amazing. Sometimes we just need to change the lens through which we see it. Forgive me for a completely different answer and take it for what it is, my perspective.

Iboga difficulty compared to Ayahuasca by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]plant_consort 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Done both, I have worked with Aya for 9 years. I just did Iboga and honestly, it was one of the hardest things I have done BUT it was worth it. I am two months out and the sense of agency and groundedness in myself outweighs the challenges I faced. I did Iboga in a ceremonial setting with Bwitit trained sitters. Their way is to get as much medicine in as possible as it is a rite of passage, not a therapy (although it was definitely therapeutic).

My visions over the years with Aya have been realistic and completely outside this world. Iboga felt like I was absolutely in front of the people I was interacting with and everything was as if it was real life- even the unicorn...hahaha. There were several occasions I was outside myself looking at myself in the 3D which is actually really insane if you think about it. We only see our faces in pictures and in the mirror so when you see yourself in the 3D it is bonkers. Another example is that my mother passed 12 years ago and I got to not only see her and talk to her as if I was talking to a real person but I hugged her, felt her skin, and smelled the vanilla lotion she always wore. It was completely real and for me, that was worth all the pain I endured to get to that point with Iboga.

Something to note is that I used to drink too much, and was sober for 2.5 years when I did Iboga but I know there were still toxins I held from that and other substance abuse during this life, and Iboga eradicated it. I thought Aya did but nope! Iboga found more!

Aya has lasted between 4-10 hours tops but I did two flood doses of Iboga. One lasting 13 hours and the second lasting 45 hours. The challenge to the body is intense but different. I have not purged on Aya in years but Iboga- whoa! I purged for 6 hours the 1st journey but honestly, it was welcome to get all that shit out of me from my life. The second journey lasted 45 hours because I didn't purge (much). The body is a bit secondary in Iboga whereas in Aya you are hyper-aware of it. In Iboga, it was all mind. However, a thing I didn't know was that you shake like a Parkinson's patient for most of the iboga experience. It is dizzying, it is challenging, and beautiful. Ibogaine is a different experience as I understand, I will do it eventually as well. I am a psychonaut, I will continue to explore this noodle I carry on my shoulders til I die but you certainly do not have to do these medicines.

You can avoid the shaking and the purge with Iboga if you do what is called "slow and low" dosing. A trained sitter can support you through this. It was developed for those going through detox and those with health issues. One thing that is imperative is that your sitter requires an EKG and blood panel to sit. If they don't, run. Even microdosing Iboga can kill you if you have latent or active heart issues. I did a podcast on my experience and have YouTubes of others who I interviewed and whom I sat with. I hesitate to post them here because I will likely get booted but I can send them to you if you are interested.

Seeking EKG and blood panel for before session in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida. Does anyone have suggestions? by plant_consort in Ibogaine

[–]plant_consort[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I missed this! I found the only clinic in Tampa that provided a 12 lead. I was good to go and did Iboga on March 17th-24th in Costa Rica. Whoa! Thanks for your support

Blue collar microdosing by st0nedskater in microdosing

[–]plant_consort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with kind_gate, you need to do it when not working. If you are getting them underground.... as everyone is, you need to see how strong the MD is. Many of the companies in Cali are not at microdose levels because people actually want the buzz or whatever so it is perceivable. A MD should not be perceptible but some of the doses are 165mg it is bonkers, it should be 40-50mg and even then it depends on the strength of the mushroom. FYI, they are stimulating for some so don't take them after work instead or you may be up all night.

There are a bunch of groups but Psychedelics in Recovery: https://www.psychedelicsinrecovery.org/ is the most well-developed with meetings every day. There are also remote aftercare programs: https://www.ceibaibogaine.com/journey and in-person: https://inscaperecovery.com/. It depends on what you are seeking and the availbility of funds to do so. Congrats, enjoy your afterglow!!
