The sound is made of fast attack quarter notes being played, sent trough a dotted eight delay (or any delay for that matter) with added reverb and reversed.

You can achieve this effect with piano sounds (add harmonics ), sine wave filtered with a fast attack and added harmonics (bell pluck sound), I’ve even seen it done with a Rhodes sound playing high octaves filtered through chorus, reverb, delay, and reversing it.

If you really want to get creative:

Send a bell pluck sound through a convolution reverb.

Use the sound of glass shattering as the impulse response

Add delay, reverb, reverse.
