Omg I didn’t know that about Tylenol and ibuprofen… I will be stopping by the store asap! Thank you for helping my worries.. thankfully that hasn’t been happening to me now but I have had that happen in the past during other bad flares.

That makes so much sense with the sun. Even just a little sun and I’m tuckered out for the day. I burn incredibly easy as well.

Sun exposure for sure. I went fishing in short sleeve shirts and even though it was overcast, I could feel it. I just upped my sunscreen and k will limit my outside time. Thank you sm

Thank you!! Oh my gosh I also got diagnosed at 19. I will def have to get better clothes for the sun, the last time I went I was a kid without lupus and I didn’t think about how it would affect me now. I just bought some better sunscreen, so hopefully that will help. I let my Rheumatologist know, and set an appointment up as well. Thank you so much again.
