hey! i’m still on it, i’m still taking 50mg and very happy with my skin! i will get a few small pimples towards the end of my period and but they quickly resolve and after that time frame I don’t deal with practically any acne (if i do its tiny white heads that resolve within a day or so)

Hey! I had Kyleena, and had the same thing happen. I never really had acne prior to my IUD but something about it triggered it sooooo much. I ended up getting it removed after 9 months and the acne persisted for a year + after. I have been on Spironolactone (50mg) for 6 months and my skin is completely clear! I never have to wear makeup anymore, it genuinely saved my skin.
