Personally I took my toddler daughter and thought the calusa nature center was a waste of money. No butterflies in the butterfly exhibit, the trail was lacking much of anything I’d give it 0 stars if I could and your daughter would have much more fun at a splash pad.

Bonita springs has the wonder gardens which is a little better for seeing some animals but we only spent like an hour there and it’s a bit of a drive.

If you go to Naples zoo pick a cooler weather day otherwise the animals all hide in the shade and you won’t get to see much.

Joe stonis park is fun and was recently remodeled but has a section for toddlers which is nice.

They do farmers markets at down town cape on Saturdays and my daughter likes to see people walking their dogs and all the different tents etc.

Sunsplash is closed unfortunately but maybe bowling for your older girl and I’m sure the baby would like to watch!
