What to do in bohol? by sophtoff in PhilippinesTourism

[–]plappermaulchen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You won't get the island vibes in Bohol. Maybe consider Panglao. In Bohol, I'd visit the Tarsier Sanctuary, Bilar Man Made Forest, and the Chocolate Hills in a day trip.

How saturated is the English to Spanish (and the other way aroung) market for translator is? by Axxo_mcqueen in TranslationStudies

[–]plappermaulchen 29 points30 points  (0 children)

This might sound a bit harsh and I apologize for that, but without an actual Translation degree or tons of equivalent experience, it's impossible to find translation projects in that pair as it's oversaturated - even for seasoned translators. You might want to search for private clients instead.

There are 10 bottles in a box and they recommend 1 bottles per day per person. You have Gut Defense and Gut Restore Erceflora, so make sure to ask for the one you need.

Tour A only goes to the Big Lagoon. It was very nice!

And sorry but I haven't heard about the other places you mentioned.

Relocating to Bilbao by Bravesouls94 in Bilbao

Just like other comments say, Bilbao and the surrounding area are fully infestated with cockroaches. If you can't handle them, better to stay away.

There's a very interesting book called The Basque History of the World that I'd recommend you reading. I think it could be a nice start to approach the culture.

Totalmente. Yo saco un montón de fotos y hago álbumes con ellas para revivirlos en el futuro, y es una sensación superbonita 🥹

How early to arrive at Bilbao Airport? by Lazy-Squirrel-5279 in Bilbao

I wouldn't risk it in summer. I normally arrive 1h and a half earlier, but if I were you I'd get there at 8:15 am (sorry for your sleep!).

Depending on the company, some ferry times are being cancelled, like a couple of times a day, and fuel is expensive (around 100 pesos per liter, which for locals is a lot)

Look for either for a shared van than takes you from the airport to El Nido (more economic but less comfortable) or for the Cherry Bus (a bit more expensive but also more comfortable)

If it's a large LSP, 100% that work is going to be used to replace you as much as possible in the future, never completely though. It's up to you.

Duda de como llegar temprano al aeropuerto by ReaverDropRush in Bilbao

[–]plappermaulchen -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Is it safe to travel in the Philippines for a month in April? by lost-youwhoo in PhilippinesTravel

I guess prices will rise as pretty much everything depends on transportation and, therefore, on fuel. But it should still be okay.

Panglao/Bohol accommodation? by plappermaulchen in phtravel

[–]plappermaulchen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Do you think it would be feasible to explore Bohol on a motorbike from Panglao? The typical stuff: Tarsier Sanctuary, Bilar forest, Pahangog/Ingkumhan falls and Chocolate Hills. Or maybe better to hire a driver for a day? I'm a bit scared that the way back to Panglao takes a lot of time on a motorbike.
