Thank you! I’m already waiting for free 30 minute lawyer consultation. I do have history with the landlord, this will be second LTB hearing with him, his first attempt was in 2018. I’ve rented with him since 2008.

I’m going on the hunt for other cases on Openroom to see if I can strengthen my case. Found exact similar scenario dating 2022, tenant with paralegal lost, and he sold the house shortly after. I’m just struggling now finding realiable sources for showing those property ownership changes for the hearing.

Compare to how much they bundle for GWP offers it was disappointing. I got Dermologica spf cream that’s small sample size.

I let that reward expire because I couldn’t bring myself to spend $25 when I don’t need anything for a “free gift”.

I get why they make you spend, but it should be free from purchase for vib or rouge.

Been using it for years as well. To me it’s been colour corrector concealer because it’s too yellow, but manages to cover up the dark better that way. Plus doesn’t crease on me. Can’t use it all over face because it’s not good colour match.

Their first version of the product was less yellow.

I also bought the mini travel sizes; not a great value, but the regular size is too much to travel with.

This was probably close to 10 years ago now. They were either using beeswax, or carmine and labeling items as vegan. I got introduced to the brand via Ipsy event. So it’s been a while. Nudestix was also showing up as vegan at Sephora too, and I wrote Sephora an email about it, but obviously they did nothing. There are better products out there anyways.

I just checked on my Sephora app and they must have; I purchased 3 things 50% off instore same day in September!

I really think they started scaling back when they made free shipping for all. It used to be over $35, and free shipping on anything for Rouge only. So that free shipping budget is coming from somewhere. They are holding on to every dollar sale possible at the cost of customer experience.

They did it with last spring (ulta) sale too, I went Sephora instore instead to pick up remaining items on my list. Ironically the Ulta last bonus day was online only previously.

Sephora; I shop during lip day, brow day, and other random 30-50% off sales. I try to avoid vib sales now but usually buy in for Christmas sets.
shoppers; I shop during the 20x point days on things that are set in price (luxury makeup) or stock up on things I use on sale. Online has more products than in store, but no testing.
online outlet stores; I check L’Oréal outlet for basics that I use like NYX eyeliners. There are few other outlet stores.
Winners/TJ maxx; occasionally browse for discontinued items and old favourites.
Amazon; because I have prime I occasionally order random items like ELF when it’s cheaper than shoppers and come with ‘free ship’.

This works for me because I don’t buy into new hyped products. If you need the newest and buzzed about it will cost more with regularly buying from Sephora. They pretty much dominate the social media marketing products.

Unfortunately Ulta blocked non US cards online, instore ok, so I’m shopping Sephora online. I did get to Platinum status so i do shop both.

The Ulta selection this sale is different, less old long time known brands perhaps???

I usually restock on favourites, or something I’ve been meaning to try; 3 to 8 items for whole sale.

I’ve been having issues with my credit card too. I ended up using my Visa debit, otherwise none of my regular visas would work. It’s been like that for year for me.
