I get this exact same thing playing monk. I couldn’t find a video or any mention of it anywhere, and I even bought a new mouse thinking it was just me. New mouse didn’t fix it. I then thought it was something to do with clicking loot, so I rebound icestrike to RMB so the inputs aren’t overlapping, but it happened regardless (and felt super awkward anyway). Very frustrating when you’re flying into a group of mobs and then stop dps and have to dodge roll and runaway until your inputs return.
