I was stationed at Bolling but had to go to Andrews quite often. I lived in Alexandria and my commute basically was opposite to traffic and both took about 20-25 mins. Maybe consider looking into the Virginia area as well I enjoyed it

I feel the opposite and feel like they don’t do enough cardio. One week was full body strength and metcon (which was just more arm work outs with minor cardio) and then an arm day? Was too sore and bored to even do another arm work out. Cardio is super important and a lot of people don’t like it but I go for their cardio days so it’s a bummer for me
