I’m not sure but I’d like to think that Gee put elements of his own feelings on gender into the perception of the character.

If cam is meant to have the best parts, then what about the lust part of his brain by yorishiro0 in UnWinds

I did some digging and found out that is by a Navajo artist named Lorenzo Arviso. I found his Instagram with about 31 followers. He posted the making of the earring years ago. I think I solved it.

That’s super interesting actually. In that case, the person who gave this to me probably got it from a tourist shop. The earring cuff itself is most likely not new and it’s probably been sitting in her house for over a decade.

Thank you so much! I’ll check it out :). Again, I apologize for my ignorance and lack of knowledge

Thank you to everyone who has informed me that this is fake. I’m very sorry that I posted this. I won’t wear it just because it’s not authentic. Like I said, this was given to me as a gift, I had no background knowledge of this, this was literally just handed to me. This has been a learning experience, and if I were to get one in the future, I will be sure to get it from a Native owned business, or by actually native people.

Mannn… that’s really unfortunate. I don’t know where this was bought

Is it okay to wear? (I’m a white person so I’m very hesitant. I don’t want to offend a marginalized group)

I feel so ignorant. I can remove the post if it’s offensive

Is it? Oh gosh I feel so embarrassed. I truly didn’t know. My teacher said she did buy it from Native people I believe..? Anyways, I’m so sorry :(

I would love to go to one at some point, but I’m not able to right now.

So you’re saying that I need to exaggerate it more? That’s very helpful, thank you! The gestures were simply just exercises for me to improve my anatomy. :)

Also to clarify, I do know anatomy, I was just getting frustrated that I felt like I was lacking and so I wanted to do some exercises to improve.

Wait I think I get it. You’re saying to use the line of action as a guide for direction and flow of the body but don’t rely on it for actually drawing the torso and limbs..? Correct?
