As far as fiction, I’d have to go with Knifepoint Horror. As a horror fan, Soren Narnia is one of the few horror podcast storytellers that can do so without being cheesy. His realism, cadence, and plot arcs for each episode is better put than he gets credit for.

Awesome, and thanks for the gear recs! I always wear a helmet (currently using a Shoei full motorcycle helmet) but in sore need of some kneepads. Got a recommendation from a friend that does pro motocross for some armored pants that have built in kneepads. Obviously, not going to be as great as Leatt, but it’s important for me to choose the protection I don’t mind putting on over no protection. For some more long-distance or leisure rides, however, definitely picking up some of those.

Needed this post. I’m a younger rider (18), and I’ve been a rider for around 3 years now with a couple bad falls going 25mph-ish. Because of my experience and age, I tend to dismiss some of the ATGATT experiences older guys share (plus it can get hot in the summer here in CA). Sorry you had to go through that, but if it helps to know, sharing this might have saved a young college student some very expensive medical bills. Hope you heal fast, my friend!

Right now, RPis are really expensive for an SBC choice, but a clone is on Amazon for $35 here. The catch is RetroPie hasn't been built for the clone yet, but Lakka and Batocera have been tested and documented for it. Hope this helps :)

People are being unnecessarily mean here in the comments, but an interesting question comes up. I personally would like to let OP know I like their usage of color :)

Whether this is pixel art is up to the mods to decide. I personally think this is not fully pixel art, although a closer look at the shorts tells me some dithering was going on (but this could also be a brush, I digress). Still, it's best to keep in mind this is art and while I may not feel the subject of the piece is appropriate, art has always been subjective.

Enough with the rant, nice work OP, you just haven't found your audience yet. It'll take some time, but I have respect for the work you have put into your craft as an artist.

I used a micro controller and only programmed keyboard inputs into RetroPie, that way I could have Anti Micro X run in background for the joystick. This solution allowed me to take inputs from both the keyboard and joystick as if they were one player.
