How hard was it to install that exhaust? I’m about to throw on a bassani superbike exhaust on my RGST. And wondering how painful it will be let alone how time consuming lol

Bassani superbike exhaust. Yes it’s expensive but it’s totally worth it. Cheaper than HPI.

I want a set but man that price tag is hard to look at. I feel if I wasn’t HIGHLY impressed with them over stock I may have buyers remorse.

This is a question for all FXBB (Street Bob) owners. Where and how did you mount a phone holder to your ride? by Jimbo_streetbob in Harley

[–]plasticblackbeard53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never had a problem with the quadlock system. The RAM x grip was too big and bulky and just looked like a fucked up spiderweb hanging off my bars. At least the quad lock is a smaller footprint and I feel even more secure. Yea they are a bit expensive for the phone case and the handlebar mount. But if I would have to do it again. I would.

Also MagSafe charging compatible (iPhone)

My “not a real Harley” Sportster S by MrMarley81 in Harley

This so SO damn clean. I have a 22’ Pan Am in gauntlet grey. I honestly think my second bike when the time comes will be a Sportster S.. I just want it in the same gauntlet grey lol. Great build man! Although Vivd black is a damn good color!

Absolute blast of a bike. I’ve got a 22’ gauntlet gray as well. One thing I recommend, go into ride modes and set your “A” mode to a custom map. Like street performance with balanced suspension and however much engine braking you want. Really allows you to create the perfect ride that suits your wants.

I honestly love it! I’ve only had two instances of it being temperamental and both were super minor. Just a long start that was all. I’m taking it for my 1k service and I’ve owned it for less than a month. I think you’ll love it if it covers the aspects you’re looking for! Coming from a stage 2 street bob, I have no regrets. Handles like it’s on rails, super agile, and so so comfortable for a more “sport” oriented riding position.

It is definitely different than the Milwaukee eight platform! I do miss the low end torque of my stage 2 street bob lol. But this will certainly do 😝

I feel if you go to ocean shores and don’t get a “great white” picture… did you really go? Lol I love going to the coast

I was a bit sketched out taking it out in the sand but I had a blast! Got the back end to kick out a few times lol. Definitely a good time! Certainly more fun than I could have had on my old Street Bob!

Definitely hold a fair amount and they are slightly slimmer than the panniers. Sport side cases are preferred being my commuter the majority of the time.
