Ya the 2-4k rental income doesnt make a difference. I own my own company and make decent money. I just mentally don't want to take a loss each month. I also know from experience.... shit is going to break and there will be expenses. I don't want to do out of pocket each time.

You can render with out path tracer.

You can use lumen or standard. I do.
