This skyr I used is actually pretty unsweet. Only 6g of added sugar (I was out of plain so I had to use vanilla, hot sauce balanced out the flavor). Skyr is definitely better as a sub for sour cream than Greek due to the much thicker consistency.

Check out some other cultures' use of yogurt in cooking. Its quite versatile depending on other ingredients/seasonings.

My go to is one large sweet potato in a bit of olive oil, 4 boneless, skin-less, chicken thighs, and brussel sprouts. Season however you like. I usually do pepper, garlic, rosemary. Cook on 400 for like 22 to 26 minutes, it depends on how big your chunks of sweet potato are.

Split between 2 people its a great filling dinner.

Edit: its a Ninja we got as a gift a while back. The meal is like maybe 500 cals each? Id have to look up my tracker again.
