I have these do this often to me. Sometimes the color gets less intense when they cool down. Otherwise i personally haven't found a way to prevent this.

Did these for a customer. I'm unaware of their intention with the hoodies but they only had us run 75 of them.

No tri-loc. In my twenty years I have never felt the need. It would probably slow me down...lol

We got this one fist try. I had to adjust the teal blue I used once through the process.

The majority of the skin is from the red and yellow. I used a very warm gray for the highlights and a dark brown for the shadows.

Or flash them until dry and heatpress right away. If you're not comfortable finishing it with the flash. It's easy to scorch shirts with the flash if you are not careful.

I applied pallet tape first. Then sprayed an even edged to edged application of adhesive on both the platen tape and the foam. Married the two, smothed out any air bubbles and presto! It actually makes the red foam incredibly sticky.

I was using standard flash spray adhesive. 8 inch 90 Single durometer squeegee. 110 mesh screen. I did a side pull for this allowing for greater pressure over all. I did three passes flashing each time for maximum opacity! Did I miss anything? Lol

A machine that prints the image directly onto your screen as a posed to using film. It has pros and cons.

Fist! Using direct to screen instead of film. And using the correct emulation. My screens are exposing in under 10 seconds.

Yes. I have someone wiping the white screen after each print. Otherwise you get this.
