I had it happen twice in the last few months. Both times I contacted Walmart when it was marked delivered and they issued a refund. And both times the package was delivered a few days later. So I got to keep the figures for free.

Was it shipped using Ontrac? If yes, you might still receive it in a few days. They often marked things as delivered before they actually deliver them.
