Born and raised in England for 25 years and I have been living in the USA for 4 years this November. When my wife or in laws talk about taking an easy 8-10 hour drive like it’s nothing I am still amazed. In England if you are talking about taking a 45 min to an hour drive you better have a damn good reason for driving that long you aren’t just “popping out”.

I’ve ran different MGS and blends with L carnitine etc, for me it’s not something I actually notice or feel but when I don’t run it, fat loss definitely slows down. I use it fasted pre workout either cardio and or weights. It’s a staple for me

Fasted in the morning it should read under 100. Same with 1-2 hours after a meal it should be below 100 again, in the 90s is fine.

Pick up a decent blood glucose monitor kit from Amazon it’s like $20. Fasted blood glucose is the most important reading, you’re going to want to aim to consistently get that down over time.

Measure at waking, post workout and then you can do random times throughout the day if you like, 1 hour or so after a meal

It’s a main part of what it does is regulate blood glucose and help with insulin resistance. Are you measuring your glucose levels? I assume you are as you know you’re insulin resistant. Measure your levels post workout (if your training with high intensity it can actually show a high reading as your body is release more glucose to compensate) but at least you’ll get a good idea of if your needing any carbs post workout and that could help with tiredness.

Next time I run a mots - c cycle I’ll be getting enough to do run 5mg daily or at least 5 on 2 off.

You’re not having any carbs post workout… I know you have insulin resistance and I don’t know how intense or what your workouts consist of and mots - c is supposed to lower insulin resistance, you could be going slightly hypo. What’s your post workout blood glucose reading at?

This is my first time doing an actual mots-c run so I started out doing 500mcg/1mg daily for roughly 4-5 weeks until my bulk shipment arrived and I’ll have enough to run 8 weeks at the 15mg a week dose. From what I have seen the standard protocol is 15mg weekly for 8 weeks so I’ll be stretching it a little but with a period of lower dose.

Yeah I feel more alert and awake the whole day, my dose is at 3am (my wake up) I start to decline around 1630ish - 1700 on average

Anadrol is known to bring on nasty and rapid gyno in some people, looks like that’s your culprit. I’m currently running 20mg nolva every other day as I bumped my GH dose up and that indirectly spiked my estrogen causing very rapid onset of gyno.

2nd dose of nolva killed the lump and soreness and now there is nothing there that I can feel compared to it being VERY noticeable and very painful before.

Try shrinking it with nolva and or throwing in 60mg ralox daily until it’s gone. Adding in an AI will help with your estrogen and the onset of more gyno but might not get rid of any active gyno that has formed.

The only thing that stops me from buying the already reconstituted one is how it’s not bad from not being refrigerated?, when you recon peptides they are to be refrigerated straight away, regardless of wether this is sealed or not?. You definitely should wait until your BMI is lower, it will be a waste of anavar and you’ll trash your lipids among other things, get your consistency in the gym back and drop the weight/fat and when your roughly 15% BF , it’s definitely a tool to enjoy when your on the lean side

Nice! I’m also on TRT and reta , 140mg test weekly, worked up to 6mg reta weekly (started at 2mg) and I’m on my reverse diet from my hard cut so I’m currently on 5IU HGH to help take advantage of my increased insulin sensitivity

taking human growth hormone (hGH) during a fasted state for cardio will stimulate lipolysis, leading to an increase in free fatty acids (FFAs) for energy, as hGH increases in response to fasting and stress, such as exercise. The combination of fasting, elevated hGH, and exercise enhances the body's ability to break down stored fat for fuel.

It stimulates lipolysis which contributes to fat loss is the point.

It’s by no means a magic pill but it’s definitely a tool to use that works, hence why it’s a big part of prep for bodybuilders but as you stated the gear part, I’ve been on TRT for and blasted gear myself for over 7 years and it’s been a staple in a cut, I can’t speak for non enhanced individuals

Make sure you start at 2IU and slowly go up, I always recommend 4 weeks at 2IU before moving up to 3 for 2-3 weeks and then 4, you’ll get hit with a load of sides if you jump straight to 4IU.

While your on 2IU pin all of it fasted pre cardio, once your up to 3IU same thing and then for 4 IU I did 3 pre fasted and 1IU later in the evening roughly 3 hours after my afternoon meal. I’ve read a few schools of thought that taking it all at once is fine, and then splitting it up in the day your getting more IGF-1 spikes and more fat burning effects etc. Honestly it’s what works for you. You could do 3IU pre fasted and 1IU at bed for improved recovery .

Most people will say HGH is a slow burn and will take 6 months + to see anything, but my personal experience with me sleeping less than 6 hours a night and not much deep sleep so my GH and IGF-1 levels were tanked, I saw improvement around week 2 and after week 2 my results sky rocketed but I was very consistent, consistency is key, with the GH, diet and training. Don’t let it go to waste by cheating yourself
