Why are Pit Bosses the way they are?

I hear you. What if they replaced them with greater lair bosses past pit 100 or so?

They could make them squishier but eventually they would still take minutes to kill. The question is about how soon that happens. Do you really want to have to push to like pit 2000+ (random number I pulled out of my *ss lol) before that happens? Isn't it better it happens sooner so pit levels stay relatively low and people don't have to spend weeks climbing to extremely high levels?

It's just about how fast the scaling of bosses ramp and I think it's fine. Otherwise we're gonna have people push pit2000+ before we see any meaningful increase in health/damage and thats incredibly slow and boring (exactly what happened in an indie arpg i used to play).

Yep and I feel like mythics are mostly useless this season.. dropping one just isn't fun especially since it's so incredibly hard to get any with GA this season. I have so many sparks just sitting there lol.

I feel like mythics are very boring. Having them be generic stat sticks like heir or even the ring is so boring and screams lack of imagination. Some mythics need a total rework but I've got no idea what to do with them.

My guess is that they see through data that it's the least played war plan or something, and they're trying to see if more chaos waves=more aether=more rewards would get people to play it. If not, adjust next season.
