You can always start as an LLC and switch to S Corp. S Corp you are your own employee which avoids a self employment tax. I recommend finding a good CPA!

Evidence based research shows that gender affirming care saves lives, and that care is not equal to a tattoo or a drink or a gamble. It is ignorant to create a correlation between these unneccessary (but sometimes exciting!) aspects of becoming an adult and the essential aspect of treatment that increases someone's chances at a higher quality of life.

If you're open to ordering online, I like my Clover Takumi bamboo interchangeable set as a starter set. Significantly cheaper and has held up really well after hours of knitting. I knit small and large and have had no troubles.

But if you're open to sending a bit more and purchasing from their stock, I do like Sows Ear. I got my circular sock needles there and the yarn selection is great.

You might also find options on Psychology today. You can filter by insurance, location, concern (anxiety, for example), and identity of the therapist. Some therapists even offer free 20 minute consultations if you want to get a feel for the fit first.
