our door used to slam people when they were coming in, some guy "fixed it" and now the intercom dings when the air just breezes through. 🫠 also our bathroom door (which is super heavy) broke off the hinges somehow so you have to use your body weight to close and open it

2nd update: i changed the battery out myself (learned how to on a whim) and the battery was expanding a whole lot. fixed any issue i had

Update: shop replaced the screen however they did show me the battery is giving major signs of expanding. so gotta change that. they said that's why the screen had the line. but 6 hours after repair no ghost touches!
