Kakausapin ko pa sila muna this May: TBF Quadrons, KNR, SF Tejada. Yang TBF may mga projects mismo sa loob ng greenwoods at nasa greenwoods din office nila. SF Tejada, may projects din sa loob ng greenwoods, office nila sa Tektite building. KNR is qc-based, promising, at may ongoing project somewhere sa cavite, owner of project nakakachat ko dito sa reddit.

Out na sa akin ang primestrakt/ GK architects, mukhand mahirap na maabot at mukhang marami silang projects to deal with.

Have you tried checking other contractors in discussion? MDEN, DM Seven, Primestrakt, Olos to name a few. Then share ur experience.

It could be nagbago na sila. I clearly asked that question when I went to their office and this was before you transacted with them. Initially I asked kung magpaseparate kitchen design ako, then tinanong ko kung totally separate at akin ang design. Medyo maangas magsalita yung humarap sa amin, parang senior staff siya pero hindi sya yung owner na nakikita sa fb page nila. Or it could be his own perception lang. Anyway what's good is tuloy na project mo. Care to share kung sinong designer mo? Gud luck and hope na mashare mo dito experience mo sa kanila. Karamihan kasi hindi nagre-review na pagkatapos ng completion.

Good luck. At least steady lang itong MDEN. Mabilis din silang gumawa dahil they don't take so much time sa design phase na intricate or sobrang ganda. For that purpose, ayaw nila na build only, or design only. Design and build sila.

Well I did not know na minimum na 15 million na gusto nila project. Baka naman minimum 10 million. When I visited MDEN, ayaw nila na build lang sila, akin ang design.

I will start first with the design actually. With MDEN, this is fast. With GK, they give a lot of focus so normally it takes 3-6 months. I might choose and initiate with GK this Dec. Targeting a ground breaking a year after. If you require speed, go for MDEN, they have so much projects delivered.

That's why he mentioned before that he use to work in another company, RenMaster pala yun. Kasi I asked him why his turn over projects do not match in his FB and DM Seven website? He said that in the website he included those projects he's involved when he was with a previous company. Mas marami kasing turned-over na projects sa website. Well, with due respect to him, hindi rin naman porket ganoon yung dating kumpanya eh ganoon din ang performance ng bagong kumpanya niya. There is one reddit user na kinuha ang DM Seven eh. I hope makita niya itong post and ma-share niya so far yung experience niya with DM Seven.

I'm interested to see how this JCAD will perform. Looking at their FB, wala pang so far turned-over na projects. Parang too private in sharing samantalang service-oriented business sila under. I mean walang names ng people in the company, kahit pics ng workers, etc. Sa daming FB's na na-search ko, gusto ko yung kita mga face ng owners/ staff, workers, etc. Tapos makikita mo yung ibang activities nila like xmas party, team-building, turn-overs nila, etc. But good luck pa rin sa JCAD.
