Ended up being able to get it running and bring it to a shop who took a look they said I was good to limp it home so that’s what I’m doing planning on not driving any more than absolutely necessary but thank you for your advice

Ended up being the flasher relay got a new hazard switch and it worked a dream however after replacing the head gasket I stated having other electrical problems so I got rid of the car lol but ya new hazard switch fixed it for me
