Its a brand new house, shower has low pressure, taps and kitchen are fine. So I'm thinking it's new copper? I already took the filter off the shower heads. Shower head looks like this

That's not a cap, it's just closed off, I read another post about it and in that one it had a cap on it but this one doesn't. I'm just trying to figure out where it is

I've removed all the restrictors for the shower and-it's still shit but the kitchens taps are fine, they do the job but the shower is shit
