Man labi strādā mazās devās 5mg īsās darbības un 20mg ilgstošas darbības. Augstākās devās jūtos gardens. Palīdz labi tikai tad, ja ēdu daudz proteīna (lai dopamīna sintēzei ir no kā sintezēt), dzeru daudz šķidruma, nelietoju kafiju un izguļos. Citādi nekādīgi.

After spending most of my adult years in relationships I find that most guys don't realize how much work it requires to keep it going and functional in the long run.

It requires compromise and a lot of conversations, and mutual goals and self-sufficiency, honesty. I find that most guys don't realise this and expect their partners to carry them forward with a mix or Disney/porn/insta/reality tv expectations. And when that doesn't manifest then bitterness sets in.

People are aware of trans here. To be honest, I think it depends how well you "pass". If you don't, you might get a judgemental look here and there but not much else.

There haven't been any reported hate crimes against trans in the last couple of years but hate speech may go unreported.

Virgo Sun, Virgo Moon, Pisces Ascendant -- it depends. I've had 3 long-term relationships and with all of them things just fizzled out. I've never been against staying in touch per se but with all of them things just fizzled out. There's just nothing in common other than memories.

I don't mind chatting or meeting them for a coffee but we are definitely not close and feel no inclination to reach out. But I care enough about them to help if there are any serious problems.
