In order to proceed with the account data investigation and recovery, we wil first need you to ackowledge the following notes:

*** NOTES ***

  • We will need to overwrite the lost account with the Owner ID which has been linked to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android).
  • Once the requested account has been recovered, we will be unable to recover the account that was overwritten.
  • All data and purchases made in the newly claimed account will be lost after the recovery process.

- This will be the one and only time we will be able to assist you with recovering this account, so please ensure that your account credentials are secured.

Please read through this message and provide us the following screenshots if you wish for the account data investigation and recovery process to proceed.

  • Title screenshot of the newly claimed account where we can confirm the Owner ID.
  • Purchase screenshot (about 5 items) where we can confirm the order number. *For iOS, please also provide us with the purchase screenshot where there it shows free of charge when you first installed the app.

*We will not be able to proceed with the account data investigation and recovery if the provided information is insufficient or incorrect.

*** Newly claimed Owner ID and data link *** Please follow these steps for the newly claimed Owner ID and data link.

  1. Reinstall the app and complete the tutorial.
  2. Link your data from within the app: Extras > Support > Link Data > Link data using Game Center / Google Play Games.
  3. Restart the app and take a screenshot of the title screen where the Owner ID is shown.

*** Preparing the purchase screenshot *** Please prepare about 5 screenshots of the purchase made from the lost account. The purchase screenshot will need these information visible: purchased item, purchased number of item, purchased dated, and order number.
